Lucy Macnamara is the founder and CEO of Do Good. Well, a bespoke philanthropy consultancy transforming philanthropy into a powerful, trusted force for global change.
With over 20 years of experience in the charity sector—from touring with U2 to managing the Ambassadors and high-profile talent programme at Amnesty International UK—Lucy draws on her experience working with over 250 incredible artists and personal network of over 500 charities to guide talent, brands, and high-net-worth individuals in creating meaningful impact.
She deeply believes in the power of arts and culture to shape a better world, a conviction ignited by her own philanthropic journey that began at age 13.

mARIE bENTON, sTRATEGIC aDVISOR
Drawing on over two decades’ leadership experience in the voluntary sector, working towards social justice by confronting multiple issues including homelessness, disability, health inequality and LGBTQ+ rights, Marie works with talent and philanthropists to use funds for maximum impact, ensuring they achieve high impact and a legacy of sustainability for the organisations involved.
She has founded and led three successful non-profits, and was recognised in 2024 with a Pride of Britain award for her work with The Choir with No Name, a national charity achieving incredible impact through music.
Most recently Marie has been working with acclaimed actor Jonathan Bailey to establish his charitable foundation, The Shameless Fund.
